I'm a bilingual Latina therapist with over a decade of experience supporting women through the transitions that change everything: infertility, postpartum, motherhood, grief, and the identity shifts that come with it all.
I've been there myself. I know what it feels like to carry something heavy and not have the words for it yet. That's why I created this space.
My approach blends CBT, ACT, and Interpersonal Therapy with a deep understanding of the cultural experiences my clients carry. I'll meet you where you are.
